On October 3, 2024, Sensible Grant Strategies hosted a Strategy 101 Workshop in partnership with Northwest College Center for Training & Development and the Rotary Club of Powell.
We examined the differences between strategic planning and strategy, how to view them as complements, and then took a dive into exploring the five essential components of a well-developed organizational strategy.
