Taking a Human-Centered Strategy approach, we design and activate strategy and then engage in planning to translate that strategy into actionable steps. This type of strategy is collaborative, accessible, and actionable.

Grant Applications and Proposals

Depending on your needs, grant and proposal writing services include writing or refining operational grants, program-specific grants, and proposals for capital campaigns. We take a collaborative problem-solving approach to writing and refining grants.

 

If a solid organizational structure is not in place (mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, evaluation tools, and other systems to track progress), we first establish that structure. If grant applications had been written in the past and were not resulting in funding, we analyze previous grants, identify problem areas, and then devise a plan for improvement. Whether you want go-to templates written for your own use, regular support with submitting grants, or consulting services, we have options.

To write a quality report, we first ensure that evaluation tools capture relevant data and a compliance system is in place. If evaluation tools or a system to track compliance are not developed, we start by creating them.
