Jennifer Just, owner of Sensible Grant Strategies, serves nonprofits and other organizations by providing grant writing, consulting, strategy design and activation, educational workshops, and more.
Her skill-building services are tailored to meet the specific needs of an organization so that they develop a strong foundation, strategy, and a storytelling focus to clearly articulate impact.
Her approach is different from the competition because she develops clients' skills and embraces a collaborative problem-solving role to help them overcome their obstacles and reach financial sustainability. Jennifer is certified in Human-Centered Strategy from IDEO U, which a collaborative, accessible, and actionable approach to strategy.
Over the years, Jennifer has gained numerous skills through her education and work experience. From her Master’s Degree in Community Health, she acquired program development, proposal writing, and program evaluation skills. Her undergrad degree in English honed her writing talents.
She has written and managed grants for nonprofits, developed programs, coordinated events, led training workshops, organized successful fundraisers, directed a county branch of a mentoring organization, and designed program evaluation tools. Before that, she taught college-level courses and worked in the publishing industry.
